Did you know there are actually some foods that can make your child with ADHD happier? 

It’s totally true! 

There are certain foods that are scientifically proven to boost moods. 

So ditch those inflammatory foods, eat the good ones I share below, and say goodbye to grumpy behavior and hello to a happy child!  

Jill, one of the parents we have been working with, told me recently that one of the first changes she saw in her son after removing inflammatory foods and replacing them with nutrient-dense foods was in his happiness. 

“He is always happy!” she told me.

  7. Nuts and Seeds 
  8. Beans and Lentils 

So there it is! The top foods that are sure to boost the mood of even the grumpiest of children (or parents!)
